Our Physiotherapy and Active Rehabilitation Service Explained
Depending your status and length of scheduled session our Physiotherapy and Active Rehabilitation service will include:
Physical assessment
Verbal & tech based communication of results
IASTM and Hands-on therapy
Self-management plan and patient education
Corrective exercises (including mobility and strengthening exercises)
Tailored rehabilitation/treatment protocol creation

Please note the above process requires a minimum of 60min physiotherapy.
Preparing for your physiotherapy session

Do I need to bring something?
Bring yourself and trust in the process, we will take care of all the rest. We have all the required equipment to support your treatement.

How many sessions do I need?
There is no rule of thumb and every case is different. We will do our best to feel better even after your 1st visit and you may only need up to 3 sessions.

What should I wear?
If possible wear your comfies or loose, comfortable clothing. Shorts or a vest are helpful and feel free to ask anything. Leave the rest to our expert team.
