About Athos Physio & Our Approach to Physiotherapy

In Athos Physio, we follow a three-step physiotherapy system

Step 1 - We focus on identifying the root cause of your issue.

Step 2 - Taking a holistic approach, we create a treatment protocol tailored to your individual goals.

Step 3 - We create a kinesiotherapy programme to proactively support your lifestyle and avoid ever returning to step 1.

Our core objective is to deliver long-standing results while reducing the risk of injury to a minimum. Athos Physio is an advocate of prehab routine and prevention strategies, with an ultimate goal to support and enhance your lifestyle, body functionality and mindset.
